These terms apply when you use this website or buy from KindHands. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

KindHands is an online store at kindhands.us. You can reach us at hello@kindhands.us.

2. Products and prices

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order.

3. Orders

Your order is accepted once we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, we'll give you a full refund.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

6. Using our products

Please use our products as described and keep blades away from children. Our products are everyday household tools. They aren't medical devices and aren't meant to treat any condition.

7. Our responsibility to you

If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law.

8. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Our relationship with Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify, but any purchase you make here is made with KindHands, not Shopify. Shopify isn't responsible for the sale.

10. Website content

The text, images and logo on this site belong to KindHands. Please don't copy them without our permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where KindHands is based.
