Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If your KindHands product isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to ask for a refund. It doesn't matter whether you've used it.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at hello@kindhands.us with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We'll reply within 2 business days with what to do next. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us, because returns sent without contacting us first can get lost.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back, and you won't pay anything.

Changed your mind

If the item works but just isn't for you, we'll give you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. Once the item reaches us, we'll refund the full price you paid for it.

When you'll get your money

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of approving your refund. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.

Gifts

If you received your KindHands product as a gift, email us. We can refund the gift's value to the person who bought it, or send you a replacement.

Exchanges

To swap for a different color, email us and we'll sort it out.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
